01The service
Zinye provides hosted business software — currently Zinye ERP — under the plan you select. We host it, back it up, patch it and support it. Zinye ERP is built on ERPNext, open-source software licensed under GPL-3.0; our managed service, branding and support are what you pay for.
02Your account
You need an account to use the service, and you're responsible for what happens under it: keep credentials safe, use accurate billing details, and make sure your team's access levels are right. You must be authorised to bind the company you sign up for.
03Acceptable use
Use the service for running a lawful business. Don't attempt to breach security, resell access without an agreement with us, or use the service to send spam or store unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that put other customers at risk, and we'll tell you why.
04Your data
The business records in your Zinye site belong to you. You can export everything — SQL, CSV or JSON — from the UI any day, without asking us. We process your data only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy and DPA.
05Billing & trials
Trials are 14 days, no card required. Paid plans are billed per site, monthly, in advance. All plans include unlimited users and every module; plans differ by capacity. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel from the dashboard at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and we don't do lock-in contracts.
06Availability & support
We target 99.97% uptime, with maintenance windows announced in advance. Support is included on every plan via email and phone during business hours. If we have a serious outage, we'll communicate honestly and promptly — status first, marketing never.
07Liability
We carry the responsibility appropriate to a system of record: we maintain backups, security controls and certifications described on our Security page. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that can't lawfully be limited.
08Termination
You can leave at any time. On cancellation your site stays exportable for 60 days, then is deleted. We may terminate for non-payment or material breach, with notice and a chance to fix the problem where reasonable.
09Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email account owners at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continued use after that means you accept the new terms.
