What does "per site" mean?
A site is one Zinye ERP instance — your company's own database and workspace. Add as many users to it as you like at no extra cost. Larger groups running separate legal entities sometimes run more than one site; talk to us and we'll help you structure it.
Are users really unlimited?
Yes. Every plan includes unlimited users and every module. We don't charge per seat — the plan is sized by the computing capacity your site uses (CPU, database and storage), not by how many people log in.
What are CPU time, database and storage limits?
They're the resources your hosted site uses. CPU time per day covers background jobs and reports; database is your live data; storage holds attachments and backups. Most small teams sit comfortably inside Starter. If you approach a limit we'll flag it early and help you move up a plan — nothing breaks.
Is there a free trial?
14 days, no credit card. Sign up, pick your industry, and your site is live in minutes — pre-configured with your currency and a seeded chart of accounts.
Can I change plans later?
Any time, in both directions, from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at the next billing cycle. No lock-in and no cancellation fees.
What happens to my data if I leave?
It's yours. Export your full database any time in standard formats. We retain a copy for 60 days after cancellation in case you change your mind, then permanently delete it.
